Rotronic realigns strategy with new International Partner

Rotronic AG, headquartered in Switzerland, has been acquired by Process Sensing Technologies (PST) on 6th July 2017. The administrative costs will be covered by the founder and chairman of the foundation, Susanne Schroff, with immediate effect. Any donation made will arrive furthermore to 100% to the people in need in South India and Myanmar.

“The Schroff family has owned Rotronic for over 30 years. I personally have invested 22 years in Rotronic in various positions including many years as CEO and more recently as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The time has come where we decided to transfer Rotronic to new hands. This enables me to focus more on SANNI Foundation as well as new projects. All of this will not have any changes for you, our valued donors. Your donation will still go 100% to all those in need.
